This video is titled ‘Caucasian Dessert With Just One Ingredient’ and I was instantly hooked because what kind of dessert can you make with just one ingredient that’s not fruit? This doesn’t look like fruit so I just had to see. It is rather long but worth the wait. About 4-5 minutes in you might think, I know they’re not really going to make ‘dessert’ out of this grass-looking stuff IKYFL but bear with it, it’s worth the wait. Remarkable to make your own flour from seed and then from there make a dessert. At the end they have what looks like to me something like apple butter, but no apples of course. Fascinating and I wonder what it tastes like!
